Blair Fraser was born and raised in Regina, Saskatchewan and began his career after graduating from the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design in 1976.

He gained experience in graphic design, exhibit design and construction working in Nova Scotia, Saskatchewan and British Columbia.

Blair Fraser Exhibits Ltd was incorporated in 1980 in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada.

Blair Fraser has worked with a number of museums and has developed long term relationships based on consistent work and quality.

He has served on the founding board of the Saskatchewan Science Centre, been involved in the Saskatchewan Solar Energy Society and he has taught Graphic Design at Medicine Hat College, Alberta, Canada.

Blair lives with his wife Sharon in White Rock, British Columbia, Canada.

They are working on the restoration of their 46 foot sailboat, Go Halainn.
